How to Place a Custom Order
Option 1: Customize While Shopping
Many of our products include personalization options directly on the product page.
Simply:
- Select your design or product options.
- Enter your personalization details.
- Upload any required photos or artwork.
- Add your item to the cart and complete checkout.
Option 2: Request a Completely Custom Design
If you don't see exactly what you're looking for:
- Contact us using our Contact page or email.
- Tell us about your idea.
- Include any inspiration photos, colors, themes, or wording.
- We'll review your request and let you know what's possible.
Design Proofs
For certain custom orders, we may provide a digital proof before production.
If a proof is provided:
- Please review it carefully.
- Confirm spelling, dates, colors, and layout.
- Production begins after your approval.
Delays in approving proofs may extend your processing time.
Processing Time
Because every custom item is made to order:
- Standard processing: 3–7 business days
- Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee rush processing unless we've confirmed it in advance.
Artwork & Photos
When submitting photos or artwork:
- Use the highest-quality image available.
- Ensure photos are clear and not blurry.
- You must own the rights to any artwork, logos, or images you provide or have permission to use them.
We reserve the right to decline requests that infringe on intellectual property rights or contain offensive or inappropriate content.
Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Returns
Because custom products are created specifically for you, personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part.
